We are accepting applications for rescues, shelters and vendors right now. Once our allocated spaces are filled on the siteplan we will go to a waiting list. This is a great location and with the new hotel right across the street we should have more visitors than ever! Rescues and shelters are first priority and have no space fee. Vendors have a small space fee.
All Rescues are Welcome!
That's what this whole event is about! Let us know who you are, how much space is needed and just a couple of other things, and you're in! The bottom of the page has a contact email for you! Please try and submit your request by June 1st, 2018 so we can get you on our site plan. There will be updates emailed to you so you know what to expect and all the details of the event. This event is first come, first serve to qualifying rescues and shelters, we do have a waiting list in case someone cannot make it. There is no charge for rescues and shelters.
Want to be a Vendor?
We have vendor spaces available for a small space fee. All proceeds go directly to rescue. We are looking for pet related vendors to exhibit and sell their wares at the Rescue Roundup. Vendors will be intermixed with the Rescue Groups. Please contact us at the email provided below.

We will give you all the details on what, when, how and why about the event. This event does occur in on city property, so there is no smoking, alcohol or illegal substances allowed - this is a family event and will be strictly enforced.
The City of Flagstaff has some creative guidelines, so please contact us so you are fully aware of how we all need to comply. The public will be allowed to bring in their own pets as long as they are leashed and well behaved.
Since this is a public event, we encourage you to come up with some brilliant ideas to promote your rescue or business. We will be advertising with various media groups - so let's make this year even better!
